Can I connect my cloud provider for on demand machines?
Yes! You can currently connect Azure and AWS, we are currently working on a GCloud integration.
I forgot my password, how do I get into my account?
At the login page, click "Forgot Password", enter your email and follow the instructions.
Can I pre-fill machine credentials?
Yes, depending on the plan, you can store credentials per machine and automatically login to the machine without exposing the credentials to the user.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept any major debit/credit cards as well as bank transfer.
What is a machine "bridge"?
A "bridge" is an application that allows our web app to communicate with your machines.
Can I create machines on-demand (Desktop-as-a-Service/DaaS)?
Yes, when using an external provider like Azure or AWS, you can create, start, stop and delete machines.
Can you implement "X" feature?
We look at any feedback we receive, please contact us with your feedback.
Is access to the machines secure?
Yes, communication between the web browser and the bridge are encrypted. The communication between bridge and machine use standard protocols (RDP, VNC, SSH, Telnet and Kubernetes).
Are machine credentials exposed to users?
No, machine credentials are encrypted and only the machine bridge can access the credentials.
